What defines a good Youth exchange? This question is not answerable with one specific point. So many parts are important for that. Since it was my first one, I don't have any comparisons yet. Nevertheless, this marks for me an amazing combination. It took place in a village surrounded by mountains and partly even completely in the mountains. It's not just a good place regarding the ecological part of the topic, it let us grow together even stronger. Different kind of activities in over and over again mixed combinations helped for the team building as well. Apart from the camping we did several smaller trips, which let us get to know active youngsters and Greece. The point of a Youth exchange is not only to work in a non-formal way towards a specific topic, but also to get to know other cultures, get rid of sterotypes and to broaden one's whole horizon. PAOLAB is an association (social promotion association – no profit), that was born officially in the 2006, but actually there were already some people involved in a non formal group that was organizing some activities some years before 2006. On the beginning most of the activities were concerts, cine forum and workshop about politics and social problems. From the 2011 PAOLAB has increased lot is work. In the last years the association was starting to become an association with many students as activists; thanks of that PAOLAB was going to be an organization involved in the European project management (and not only). The Asociacion Monitores para el tiempo libre Mar Antiguo is a youth association created with the main objective of bringing European culture and the Erasmus + program to the youth of our city. We have been working in education for and for free time for more than 15 years, focusing on the aspects of non-formal education and using ludic and attractive methodologies for the youth population. We have held several meetings with organizations from different countries of the EU and we collaborate with other organizations, forming an associative network in the city of Granada, as well as we have a close collaboration with the Municipality of Maracena in different activities they carry out. Our association has more than 50 members, and many partners involved in our activities. YOUth CARES activities

For YOUth CARES ! we have designed exclusively activities based on the principles of non-formal learning such as workshops, discussions, group work, role-playing and outdoor activities. At the end of YOUth CARES, young people will create an e-book of experiences on the active participation and environmental awareness of young people. Our long-term goal is to create a sustainable network of active young people and youth organizations that will continue to work together in the future and to develop ideas for the promotion of a national-European youth network with vehicle the outdoor living and contact with the Nature which will lead to the development of active citizens in a prosperous society.
