ASOCIACION MONITORES PARA EL TIEMPO LIBRE MAR ANTIGUO: Partner Organization - Spain


The Asociacion Monitores para el tiempo libre Mar Antiguo is a youth association created with the
main objective of bringing European culture and the Erasmus + program to the youth of our city. We
have been working in education for and for free time for more than 15 years, focusing on the aspects
of non-formal education and using ludic and attractive methodologies for the youth population. We
have held several meetings with organizations from different countries of the EU and we collaborate
with other organizations, forming an associative network in the city of Granada, as well as we have a
close collaboration with the Municipality of Maracena in different activities they carry out. Our
association has more than 50 members, and many partners involved in our activities. We are
environmental volunteers, we work in urban camps and children's camps, and organize meetings
with other associations and organizations. We participate in social life of the province, making for
young people and sports, cultural activities, etc. We are really interested in having active young
people in our projects and include them in our region.

Our activities also include the following categories:
Healthy lifestyle and youth active citizenship
- We have organized several events with local youth such as excursions, camps in the mountain ,
events in the town (evenings’ entertainment , carnivals) and theater plays, concerts, exhibitions,
dances, and films.
- We have also organized local and international activities such as cultural workshops: dance, guitar,
piano, cooking, art as well as youth participation and active citizenship workshops in local schools
-Mobility and languages
We also work with young people in advising them about mobilities and Erasmus+ opportunities
where to study and/or work abroad. We have implemented several youth exchange programs,
European volunteering and youth exchanges, language courses, Erasmus + and we also have a
close cooperation with Eurodesk Granada and we implement common activities together.
-Work and training
-We have implemented Aula Mentor Occupational Training Courses in cooperation with the Ministry
of Education, Culture and Sports.
-We have created a point to search for youth employment (in coordination with the Town Hall
employment department).
-We promote all types of vocational training courses and issues related to youth emancipation and
participation courses.
Our goal is to engage as many youngsters as possible to raise awareness of the importance of being
an European citizen and getting involved with other cultures to enrich as an individual. We have an
active network of volunteers who are young people that are active in their community and in the
environment protection

NaturKultur is an youth association that is founded in North-West Germany and now exists in Bremen, Wiefelstede - Oldenburg and Osterholz-Scharmbeck. The name Natur(nature) represents the physical world including all living things as well as the land and the oceans*. Kultur(culture) is the totality of socially transmitted behavior patterns, arts, beliefs, institutions, and all other products of human work and thought**. PAOLAB: Partner Organization - Italy

PAOLAB is an association (social promotion association – no profit), that was born officially in the 2006, but actually there were already some people involved in a non formal group that was organizing some activities some years before 2006. On the beginning most of the activities were concerts, cine forum and workshop about politics and social problems. From the 2011 PAOLAB has increased lot is work. In the last years the association was starting to become an association with many students as activists; thanks of that PAOLAB was going to be an organization involved in the European project management (and not only).
